Outdoor Patio and Indoor Casual
A strong interest in garden furniture developed during the Victorian era as
leisure time activity moved to the conservatory and English garden.
Styling takes on a variety of form from the more traditional designs of
Victorian furnishings to the pure, simple lines of modernism.
Materials remain the same as those used in the late nineteenth century
--- wrought iron, rattan and wicker as well as weather-resistant teak,
cedar, and redwood.
